Attendance requirement
The regular and reliable attendance of all staff at work is
fundamental to the ability of Dorset Police to effectively deliver
its annual Policing Plan and enable the Force to achieve two clear
strategic objectives – To Make Dorset Safer and To Make Dorset Feel
Safer. In recognition of this all external applicants are
required to complete an Attendance Self-Declaration form.
However, this will only take place at the
end of the relevant selection process, for the successful
applicant(s) only and as part of the conditional offer/final
pre-employment checks.
