This information is not recorded, however, we do record the number of abandoned calls for Secondary Call Handling (SCH) where crimes are taken in detail. This was 0 to 5 mins at 5.9%.
What is the current target time for 101 calls to be answered and how many calls were not answered within that target time?
Target time is 60 seconds.
