For the years 2018 - 2024, the number of arrests of individuals with a nationality recorded as other than "British", "English", "Scottish" or "Northern Irish" which have resulted in ACRO-conducted checks requested from another country and that have shown an individual has a conviction in that country. Please break this information down by nationality if possible, and by conviction type.
The Intelligence Department has provided the following information.
Please note that the Force does not record the details regarding conviction type as to do this would breach the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement. Therefore, the following table only includes the number of requests from 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2024 broken down by nationality.
