The Dorset Roads Safe and Performance & Analysis Departments have provided the following information.
For each calendar year 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, could you tell me:
The number of reported crimes which mentioned 'road rage' or 'aggressive driving' in the MO field of the crime report and the detailed crime type
The total number of reported occurrences whereby 'road rage' and 'aggressive driving' was mentioned in the occurrence summary. Timeframe from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2024

Please note that the data provided applies only to injury collisions. DRS do not keep data on damage only collisions.
Contributory factors are only included where an officer attended the scene
Collisions where at least one of the Contributory Factors was recorded as '601 Aggressive Driving'
