The Performance & Analysis Department has provided the following information.
All data required is specific to Townsend Estate.
• Without divulging any personal data are you able to tell me if any young people previously involved in crime you are aware of have stayed out of trouble for 12-months+ (in any recent 12-month period)
• Can we evidence a reduction in Anti-Social behaviour on Townsend Estate in the past 12 months? If so, what has contributed to this reduction do you think?
Clarification: Age groups 11-16 and 17-25.
Clarification:
Information on the young people who live on the estate and are known to the Police please.
The postcode for Townsend Youth Centre is BH8 0LH.
Timeframe anything over 12-months up to 5 years would be helpful. By ‘staying out of trouble’ we mean no further contact with the Police.
Checks were carried out on Niche Crime Universe for any persons linked to crime in the last five years within the postcode BH8 0LH. This was a Nil return – no crimes were listed for the specific postcode of BH8 0LH by any age group.
As no crimes were listed, there is no data to compare over the last 12 months to check for any changes or reduction. If you would like to submit a new request listing additional postcodes we may get a different response.
Please note, we can only provide recorded information so would not be able to offer an opinion on any aspects of crime unless this has been recorded, for instance if a press release has been issued which includes an opinion of a senior officer.
