The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.
Searches were completed on Niche for all crimes with the following Main Crime Groups: ‘Theft from Motor Vehicle’, ‘Theft’, ‘Dwelling Burglary’, ‘Burglary Other’ and contained any of the following keywords within the Occurrence Summary ‘building material’, ‘timber’, ‘cement’, ‘brick’, ‘plasterboard’.
The number of recorded thefts involving building materials stolen being stolen for each of the last 3 calendar years (2022–2024), broken down by year.
