The Road Safety Team have provided the following information.

Dorset Police issue paper Traffic Offence Reports (TOR’s) or submit Digital Traffic Offence Reports (PRONTO) which result in either a CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIXED PENALTY or COURT.

The data therefore identifies the number of TORs / PRONTO processed at the Central Ticket Office where the outcome is one of CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIXED PENALTY or COURT.

Dorset Police do not hold data in respect of fines or fines following a court conviction. This information is held by His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service.

Dorset Police do not hold data in respect of driver disqualification and the enquirer should be redirected to His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service or the DVLA for that data.
