The Procurement and Finance Departments have provided the following information.
Please provide the name, job title, email address, and phone number of the person(s) responsible for procurement or contracts for vehicle fleet maintenance and / or vehicle glass replacement?
Emma Griffin, Senior Category Buyer, [email protected]. There is no recorded information for phone numbers within the Procurement Department as they do not have a direct line and, due to hot desking, do not have individual phones.
Please can you advise the number of cars, LCV's and HGV's on your fleet?

The current contract ceases in April 2026. Re-procurement process should commence in Quarter 3 or 4 of 2025.
