HR Operations – Corporate Support Team.
4 team members with 1 person doing most of the administration.
From 2022, the Alliance Occupational Health (OH) admin team has been involved in the process. Before this, OH services were outsourced to an NHS Provider.
For each case, an OH administrator is assigned to prepare a file for sending to a contracted Selected Medical Practitioner for review. Approx. 5hrs/ week is required to fulfil this task.
