The Alliance Resourcing & Development Department and the Alliance Finance Department have provided the following information.
Please note that we do not have dedicated Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) posts. The following roles have been identified to have some aspect of EDI as a proportion of their role and they will have a broader role profile and, in the case of officers, also have operational responsibilities.
Race Action Plan posts include our work with harder to reach communities where we are working to build relationships in order to police effectively through building trust and confidence which is integral to operational policing. Positive Action Officers work within our recruitment teams and attend recruitment and community events to attract more officers and staff to the force in order to deliver on our Uplift and Neighbourhood Pledge targets.
