Please provide the number of recorded offences between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2024 that meet both of the following conditions:

1. It was recorded under Section 61 the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (“administering a substance with intent to stupefy or overpower”)

2. The incident is flagged as Domestic Abuse, Intimate Partner Violence, or otherwise recorded as occurring within a domestic setting.

The Performance & Analysis Department has provided the following information:

Using the Niche Crime Database we added offences with the offence Description of  ‘Administer substance with intent to stupefy / overpower to allow sexual activity’ and with the ‘Class is Domestic Abuse (ACPO)’ filter applied.

This returned one result from December 2023.
