The Performance Analysis Department and the Legal Department have provided the following information.
This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to kindly request the following information:
• How many reports of stalking were received by your unit between March 2024-2025, as classified under Section 2A and 4A of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997
Searches were completed on Niche for crimes that had the following Home Office codes applied:
- 008/65 - Stalking involving fear of violence.
- 195/12 - Pursue a course of conduct in breach of S1 (1) which amounts to stalking.

The following data relates to the number of applications that Legal Services have made for Stalking Protection Orders (SPOs) and how many of those Orders have been granted.
- Number of applications made (01/03/2024 -13/03/2025) = 6
- Number of Interim SPOs granted (01/03/2024 – 13/03/2025) = 2
- Number of Full SPOs granted (01/03/2024 – 13/03/2025) = 4
