The Alliance People Department and the Professional Standards Department have provided the following information.
Information in the tables below is based on finalised conduct cases, involving Police Officers, with a severity assessment of Misconduct, where the Case is shown as having Formal Action/Referral to Proceedings, for the past 10 full calendar years (2015 to 2024 inclusive – based upon Case Recorded Date).
Please can you tell me, calendar year by calendar year and by rank, how many officers have been placed on unsatisfactory performance & attendance procedures (UPP) over the past 10 years?
2015 – 1 Constable
2020 – 3 Constables
2023 – 1 Constable
Please can you tell me the outcomes (by number) of these UPP proceedings? Ie warning, final warning, dismissal or No Further Action?
