Female arrests for being drunk & disorderly

The Performance Analysis Department has provided the following information:

We have searched the Niche Custody database for arrests of females for the offence “Drunk and disorderly in a public place (recordable)” and arrests where the crime group of the offence is “Public order”. 

1. For each of the last three financial years (2023/24) (2024/25) and (2025/26) please state the number of female arrests for the offence of being “drunk and disorderly” (Section 91 Criminal Justice Act 1967), broken down by:

2. Of these arrests, please provide a breakdown by age group (i) under 30 and (ii) 30 and over

3. If held, please provide the number of these arrests that resulted in (i) charge/summons, or (ii) and out-of-court disposal (including community resolution)

4. For each of the last three financial years (2023/24) (2024/25) and (2025/26) please state the number of female arrests for public order offences, including offences under Sections 4, 4A and 5 of the Public Order Act 1986, broken down by those aged (i) under 30 and (ii) aged 30 or over.
