Misconduct meetings

The Professional Standards Department has provided the following information:

We have searched for all finalised Conduct Cases linked to Police Officers or Special Constables, recorded between the 01/04/2023 until 31/03/2025, where the Case was referred to proceedings and went to a Meeting.

My request concerns misconduct meetings. 

I have found useful information about dismissals on the College of Policing website following misconduct hearings (officers, special constables and staff), but nothing about misconduct meetings:

1. For each of the financial years 2023/24 and 2024/25, please provide the number of officer/special constable misconduct meetings you held.

1.1 Break down the number by outcome:
i.  Misconduct proven; and,
ii.  Misconduct not proven.

1.2  Break down the number for 1.1.i. Misconduct proven by:
i.  Final written warning;
ii.  Written warning; and
iii.  No further action.

1.3  Break down the number for 1.1.ii.  Misconduct not proven by:
i.  Referral to the reflective practice review process; and,

1. No further action taken.
