The Performance Analysis Department has provided the following information:
Performance Analysis have searched the Niche Crime Universe for occurrences that took place within the post code of BH23 6SE and has one of the following keywords within the OEL.
They have reviewed the returned occurrences in order to obtain the requested information. Non-relevant returns have been removed.
For each of the last five calendar years (1st January 2021 to 31st December 2025), please provide a full breakdown of all nicotine-related offences at Bournemouth Airport, both on flights and in the airport itself. Please include offences such as:
- Smoking tobacco
- Vaping/e-cigarette use
- Possession or use of nicotine pouches
- Any other related breaches (e.g. ignoring ‘no smoking/vaping’ signs)
Please provide nicotine pouches as a separate category if they are recorded separately from other nicotine products.
In addition, where recorded, please provide a breakdown of each offence by the following:
- Enforcement action (e.g. warning, fine, arrest, removal from flight, etc.)
- Location of offence (in-flight or airport)
- The airline involved in the case
- Flight type (domestic or international)
