Q2 C- Speed Awareness Course being declined by the driver: The only formal figures and thus the figures provided are the number of decline forms received back into the system. There may be other declines by telephone, email or letter however these are not recorded in a way that can be easily retrieved and do not form part of the figures at Q2 C.
Q3. Course Eligibility

Please note that the criteria ‘the offender had not previously attended a Driver Awareness Scheme course in the last three years from offence date’ relates to offences committed in Dorset. Therefore, it is possible for someone who has attended a driver awareness course for an offence in another police county within the three-year period to attend a Dorset Police course as we are not affiliated to a national scheme.
