The offence data relates to the number of Notices of Intended Prosecution (NIPs) issues following an automatic camera activation which result in the following outcomes, EDUCATION, CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIXED PENALTY or COURT.
These figures do not include cancelled offences or vehicles categorised as ‘emergency’ or ‘police’ vehicles.
The Average speed cameras were non-operational between 7/12/20201 – 16/11/2021
Please can I request the number of speeding offences processed from the A338 Spur Road average speed cameras broken down for the 2019, 2020 and 2021 calendar years.
