This is not a figure held by participating forces and to produce this would engage Section 12 – Fees limit as it would take longer than 18 hours to retrieve the information.

Analysis of the impact of the cull on future policing of participating forces

Information will be released in the annual report. Care will be taken to ensure that no adverse tactical information is released, for example a breakdown of budgets and resources in covert policing. Full financial statements will be published in the normal way through annual reports and statements.

Risk assessments and local assessments

Information will not be released whilst the operation is ongoing. Appropriate information will be released in the documented debrief when the operation has been completed, information relating to policing tactics or that would hinder the participating force’s ability to enforce the law will not be released within the report.

Consideration maybe given to releasing certain material i.e. that which would not reveal policing tactics, hinder participating force’s ability to enforce the law or endanger public and officer safety

Public safety

Information on public safety will be released as deemed appropriate by participating forces and placed into the Public Domain.

Operational strategies that may undermine future operations and policing tactics will not be published

Interaction with other agencies

Home Office, DEFRA and other partner agencies information

Internal memos, emails and other communication appertaining to the operation

Press releases, press conference transcripts and other media releases

Communications about individuals may not be published as these may potentially breach Data Protection legislation. Outward facing communications will be released on an ongoing basis, but will be addressed in the Communications/Media Strategy
