The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to develop your skills and experience by working as an Apprentice with the IT Department at Durham Constabulary. The role will be based within the busy force ICT department at Police HQ, Aykley Heads, Durham. The role will be to assist in all aspects of technical support and administration within the ICT arena.
What You’ll Do
The role will be to assist in all aspects of technical support and administration within the ICT arena thereby providing you with a full range of development opportunities.
IT Technician Apprentices will receive appropriate training and guidance to undertake the full range of Customer Service and Administration duties which will include:
